Real Junk Food Emporium: Fine Dining
Reimagine the possibilities of your food with a 5 course culinary journey that revitalises overlooked, undervalued and discarded ingredients to make them the star of the table. Each week our creative kitchen will conjure up an unexpected and inspiring menu from produce rescued in and around Leeds.
We invite 24 diners a week to join our table for an intimate evening of food rebellion.
With a vision to allow all food to be valued and fulfil its purpose of being consumed, Real Junk Food Emporium celebrates the hidden beauty of the unused. A collaboration between food fanatics and creatives Andy Castle (Ox Club), Helen Russell Brown (HRB Bakes) and Caleb Elliott (Rainbow Junktion), with kind support from The Real Junk Food Project, East St Arts, LJP Partnership, and local businesses sharing our ambition to tackle food waste. All proceeds will be reinvested back into local projects associated with the cause.
Venue Address: Real Junk Food Emporium, Boar Lane, 34-38 Boar Lane, Leeds, LS1 5DA
